As a driver, you must satisfy all Easton Bus, federal and state requirements including a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsement and a Department of Transportation physical as well as pre-hire drug testing.
As a monitor, you must satisfy Easton Bus, federal and state requirements including a DOT physical and pre-hire testing.
Pay may be based upon experience and previous training.

Hire On Bonus:
*All bonuses will be paid out on normal payday schedule.
Driver:
$1,750 sign on bonus for already licensed CDL driver paid as follows:

$500 after 60 days of continuous employment (must also pass Department of Transportation physical and drug test)

$250 after 120 days of continuous employment.

$1,000 after 180 days of continuous employment
$1,500 sign on bonus non-licensed CDL driver paid as follows:

$250 when receive permit (must also pass Department of Transportation physical and drug test).

$250 when getting CDL.

$1,000 after 180 days.

Work while in training.

Paid training.

There is a guarantee of at least a day for 2 weeks with an expectation of working as a monitor during that time frame.

Required to get a permit by end of 2 weeks. If there is no permit after the end of two weeks there is no guaranteed pay.

Extra pay opportunities including Activity Trips.

Weekends, summer and school holidays off of work.

Bring your child to work if over 2 years of age.
