As a driver, you must satisfy all Easton Bus, federal and state requirements including a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsement and a Department of Transportation physical as well as pre-hire drug testing.

As a monitor, you must satisfy Easton Bus, federal and state requirements including a DOT physical and pre-hire testing.

Pay may be based upon experience and previous training.

Hire On Bonus:

*All bonuses will be paid out on normal payday schedule.

Driver:

$1,750 sign on bonus for already licensed CDL driver paid as follows:

  • $500 after 60 days of continuous employment (must also pass Department of Transportation physical and drug test)

  • $250 after 120 days of continuous employment.

  • $1,000 after 180 days of continuous employment

$1,500 sign on bonus non-licensed CDL driver paid as follows:

  • $250 when receive permit (must also pass Department of Transportation physical and drug test).

  • $250 when getting CDL.

  • $1,000 after 180 days.

  • Work while in training.

  • Paid training.

  • There is a guarantee of at least a day for 2 weeks with an expectation of working as a monitor during that time frame.

  • Required to get a permit by end of 2 weeks.  If there is no permit after the end of two weeks there is no guaranteed pay.

  • Extra pay opportunities including Activity Trips.

  • Weekends, summer and school holidays off of work.

  • Bring your child to work if over 2 years of age.

  • Mid days off.

 

Monitor:

  • $500 after 180 days

  • Weekends, summer and school holidays off of work.

  • Mid days off.
